Do the USB ports charge my phone?
The USB port connects to a power bank you place inside the bag (power bank not included). Remove the power bank if your airline requires it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and most arrive 3–7 business days after that. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $75 within the US. Many of our suitcases ship free at any order size.
